Privacy Policy
DDHD Agency ("DDHD," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website at ddhdagency.com, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have — including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Information we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us. This includes:
- Contact and inquiry details you submit through our demo request form — such as your name, company, email address, phone number, and CAGE code.
- Chat messages you send to our website AI assistant, including any name and email you provide so we can follow up.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address and general usage), handled by our hosting provider for security and performance.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to you and follow up about our services — for example, to schedule a demo, answer your questions, and stay in touch about your inquiry. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.
We do not sell your information
DDHD Agency does not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not show ads on this site.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the site and respond to you. They process information only on our behalf and only as needed, including:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
- Anthropic — powers our AI assistant's responses.
- Resend — delivers form and chat notifications to us by email.
- Our email provider — receives and stores your messages so we can reply.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and for our ordinary business records, after which we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete the personal information we have collected from you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — though, as noted above, we do not sell or share your information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To make any of these requests, email us at privacy@ddhdagency.com. We will verify your request (to protect your information) and respond within the timeframe required by law, generally within 45 days. You may also authorize someone to make a request on your behalf.
Children's privacy
Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
